Scope of Work & Supply

Civil works encompass a variety of on-site building finishing tasks, including the construction of the Electrical Control Building, warehouse, and guardhouse. These tasks involve the construction of reinforced concrete structures, roofing, finishing of external and internal walls, ceiling works, and flooring. Additionally, they cover the supply and installation of doors, windows, glazing, louvers, parapets, handrails, and chain link fences. Plumbing and electrical systems are also included, along with the installation of HDPE pipelines for fire water, oily water, and potable water systems, incorporating valves and fittings.

Mechanical works include the erection of both static and rotating equipment, material receiving and handling, piping prefabrication and erection, and performing all necessary Non-Destructive Tests (NDTs) such as Visual Testing (VT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Penetrant Testing (PT). This also includes sandblasting and applying a complete painting cycle to all piping, erecting all steel structures and pipe supports, conducting installation tests like pressure tests, and completing finishing tasks such as internal cleaning, flange management, and touch-up painting. Additionally, assistance is provided during the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases.

Electrical and Instrumentation works involve installing switchgears, transformers (Trafo), PCs, Motor Control Centers (MCC), auxiliary systems, UPS systems and batteries, and a Power Management System (PMS). This also includes implementing earthing and lightning protection systems, lighting systems, power cable pulling and connections, cable trays and conduits, and bulk materials such as power sockets, control stations, and boxes. Further tasks include installing heat tracing systems, cathodic protection, control systems, access control systems, CCTV and intrusion alarm systems, Public Address and General Alarm (PAGA) systems, telephone systems, and field instruments. Additionally, control valves, on-off valves, and safety valves are installed and tested, along with instrument cable pulling and connections, junction boxes, telecom systems for buildings, Fire and Gas (F&G) systems for buildings, electrical systems for buildings, and structured cabling systems, including material supply. HVAC systems are also installed and tested.
