Semac Automation, a division of the Semac Group, is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to join our sales team in a permanent role. In this position, you will play a key role in fostering strong, long-term relationships with our clients, identifying tailored solutions to meet their needs, and supporting them throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales plans and proposals in collaboration with marketing and other departments, ensuring both technical and financial accuracy.

  • Expand and maintain the company's client base.

  • Engage with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and define system requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to communicate product or service value to current and prospective clients.

  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities within the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience:

Junior level: 1–3 years

Medior level: Over 3 years

  • Previous experience in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial process engineering.

  • Proven track record as a Sales Engineer.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Ability to travel; a valid driver’s license is required.
