Semac Automation, a division of the Semac Group, is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to join our sales team in a permanent role. In this position, you will play a key role in fostering strong, long-term relationships with our clients, identifying tailored solutions to meet their needs, and supporting them throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales plans and proposals in collaboration with marketing and other departments, ensuring both technical and financial accuracy.
Expand and maintain the company's client base.
Engage with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and define system requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to communicate product or service value to current and prospective clients.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities within the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
Junior level: 1–3 years
Medior level: Over 3 years
Previous experience in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial process engineering.
Proven track record as a Sales Engineer.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to travel; a valid driver’s license is required.
